Improving and starting to Love doing Dips.
About 4 weeks ago I could Barely do 1 dip, But now I am up to 8-9 Really good form ones,just notice I really had to tighten my abs too to stabilize.
I have been doing some Ab roll outs(with those wheel&handles thing) and I think it really help strengthen my shoulder and abs. Been Only using the ab wheel on my chest and shoulders day, because it pretty intense to me, really feel it in my shoulder/lats/chest and arms as well as abs.
