Need to make some changes LOL,so sleepy but still got in 6-7 meals in a day
6am Woke up from Dog jumping and laying on chest,licks my face,bites my feet and knees.
6:15am Ate Kashi Cereal and Milk
6:30am Walked/Dragged Dog,Yell at dog to hurry up and poop.
*Fell asleep right after
12:30pm Ate Portuguese beans soup (cabbage,beans,tomato soup,onion,Portuguese sausage)
*Fell asleep right after
3Pm Walk Dog(occasional Sprints),shower,wash dishes, fix Dogs Dinner
4:30pm Ate a tuna sandwich
*Fell asleep right after
7:00pm Ate two cookie size Oatmeal Pancakes with natural peanut butter between
*Fell asleep right after.
8:15pm Protein Shake
9:20 PM Walked the dog(occasional Sprints)
9:40pm ate some steak,brown rice, broccoli,bell pepper,onions,celery,mushrooms
10PM wash dishes,fold laundry,watch tv,internet
11pm Exercise[Back/Biceps Day] Pre-workout 1/2 scoop white flood,& During workout drink Intrabolic,snacking on banana & pears when near end of workout…post work out Protein shake W/ water,5g creatine-mono,1 cup Milk
2am TV/Movie,internet,Video games
5AM Sleep
