check out my Two Dip Stations one was $5 the other was $9 LOL

I’m unemployed and poor so I go to the Good will thrift store a lot for some exercise equiptment, I got a pretty good $19.99 indoor bike there has a digital panel for heartrate, miles, calories etc…

today I got  another one of these to Do dips I bought a narrow width one for $5 and the wider one for $9(brand new still!)  the narrow one on that site was retail $70 and Wide one $133 retail!!!!! Yikes legs can extend higher a bit and pretty stable I used a back pack stuff with plates and wear it in front and face back wards or on my back and face forwards to do Dips on it LOL. Portable and when I’m done it collapses and folds and I shove it under my bed. Oh And They Work Great After A Really Hard Leg Work out Also LOL.

its the exact brand and model LOL:

That is resourcefullness! I used to run a lead pipe through holes in bricks and lift that. I did mostly curls. You don’t have to spend a lot of $.
