Third Chest work-out using the once a week method
Thursday, September 13th, 2007This was the third week in a 12 week routine where I will train my Chest and Tri’s once a week but hard. Going into the work-out I was a bit sluggish and tired but as the work-out progressed I felt a lot better. In my opinion I made a small mistake by not getting in a third chest exercise as usual (Just ran out of time). I do see some strength differences already but nothing extraordinary. Remember it’s only the third week OF TWELVE.
When training my chest I have been starting off with my upper chest with inclines, which is good because my upper chest needs the best I can dish out at it. However I am feeling my flat bench with dumbbells and or barbells is not getting what it deserves so I am going to start trading them off every other week as the starting exercise.
Triceps work-outs are going good also. I really see a difference in them from when I started. My left looks and feels a lot better than my right which is somewhat natural since I am a lefty. However I try to give my right one more set of each exercise to help catch it up from time to time.
