I love it when all of the "pretenders"(ones who come to the gym but don’t really do anything at all) stare at you like you’re CRAZY because you’re hitting the weights like an animal! Funny thing is that they don’t seem to realize that’s why I continue to get results and they still look the same as they did months ago! Get ya Weight up “Pretenders”! As the Great Ronnie Coleman says” everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight”!!!

never again will I let myself go like this or in any way for that matter. I’ve came along way since May08(210lbs and now 170lbs) and I’m in no ways perfect but I damn sure bet you I’m gonna try to get as close to it as possible. So I challange any and everybody out there put down the fast food,snacks cokes and put down the remote or X-box controller for … Read MoreJUST 1 HOUR(That’s all!!!) and get to the gym and bust your ass!!! Think about it, that’s just 1 hour and you can be lazy for the other 23 in the day. All Those back pains, knees, ankles, neck pains, etc can be fixed the majority of the time by just working out. You don’t have to become marathon runner or be Mr or Ms Olympia, but doing anything, any kind of physical activity and sticking with it is better than nothing at all!!! Don’t just Diet… I hate the word diet because it implies a temporary solution, change your eating habits. There is no magical pill or potion that’s gonna make you lose the weight and get in shape, It takes hard work!!! If it were that easy America wouldn’t be considered the fattest country in the world! So keep up the hard work and Just think when you’re at home being lazy and not hitting the gym because work sucked or the sky wasn’t blue enough that day…Somebody is out there in a gym, garage, on a trail or something getting it in, Doing one extra rep or sprinting it out for 30 more secs making a difference!

Destroyed legs yesterday. Feeling good because on that 4th set on leg press I busted out 625lbs 10 times. DO WORK Baby!!! LIGHT WEIGHT, LIGHT WEIGHT Baby!!!

I’ve never had an addiction to anything in my life until now. Cigarettes, however have grabbed ahold of my ass and it sucks. I’m down to one or two Cigs a day, but that’s not good enough because I want/need to stop! I’m like a health FREAK about everything in my life except this. Anyone have any suggestions to help me kick this $h1t once and for all?!?!?!?!

I am in the transformation stage but I have one issue -ABS/getting ripped. I eat clean and I am strict on what and when I eat but I can’t seem to get my abs going like they should. My question to you all is what advice or better yet what did/do you all do to sculpt your physique and get ripped??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
