I think that two days is enough time for your arms to recuperate, but if you're feeling soar then of course its best to wait a while. I think 3-4 days is enough time to start working them intensely again. Keep it up and push yourself to the limit! If you feel OK, you probably are. Keep goin!

Everyone's body reacts differently to training, so if this is working for you then why not? My only advice is to stay aware of how this is affecting your arms and be ready to adjust your training if you need to. Also, if you spend so much time on arms are you paying enough attention to your other muscles? I do arms and biceps on different days usually, once a week. I work them hard, and I have some soreness for 2-3 days afterwards so I need a week to allow for recovery and growth before I hit them hard again. Good luck with your training!

You know, I've thought about doing this, I train them twice a week and the recovery is remarkable on them, I'm thinking about switching them up to 3-4 times a week. I mean why not superset them with other bodyparts as well if them recover so quickly!
