Okay guys here are todays lists…

B-Oatmeal w/2tsp peanut butter, 2% milk
L- 4eggs, cottage cheese, romain lettece, 1Tbs of ceasar dressing, tomatos
AS- Cottage cheese, 2servings of Trail tropical mix - I was a little more hungry than I expected.
D-Rosemary Baked Chicken, Side of greenbeans, 1.2 garlic toast, 8oz 2%milk.

So well see!!

Calories:1842
Fat:80g
Carbs:116g
Fiber:15g
Sugars:79g
Protein:100.7g

Well atleast everything was a little more suttle today.

Heres my workout routine.

1. Curls: 2sets 8reps 25lbs
2. Inclined Bench: 3sets reps 12-10-8 25lbs.
3. Shoulder Flys: 3sets reps 12-10-8 3lbs. each hand
4. Triceps 3sets reps 12-10-8 10lbs. each hand
5 Pec Flys 3sets reps 12-10-8 10lbs. each hand

40 upper crunches
40 lower crunches

Cardio: 2mile walk with 10lbs dumbbells.

CRITIQUE MY DIET

Okay todays totals, I did so much better today I think, even though it was a bit more than yesterdays. The "quality" of the food was more on track.

Here goes,

B- Peanut butter toast, Oatmeal ‘plain’, banana, OJ.
MS- Cottage cheese, veggie juice
L- Tuna Spinach Salad, Cottage Cheese
AS - peanut butter toast
D- Orange/Lemon Chicken on a bed of jazmine rice w/ carrots and celery

TOTALS
Calories: 1822
Fat: 62.5 "YAY"
Carbs: 229
Fiber:15
Sugar:74
Protein:96

I am going on my two mile walk after this. Two miles with 20lbs weights.

Critique My Workout :)

Critique My Workout, Lower Body: Deadlifts 60×25lbs - I did two workouts that we’re technically the same thing so thats why its 60times. :P silly me Squats 30×25lbs Lunges 30×20lbs 40 top crunches 40 bottom crunches Plan on doing a 2mile walk, easy, maybe some weights with the walk, also adding another 80 crunches after dinner. I will update my meals by tonight and you can tell me all what you think. Thank you all!

Well I GOT a couple of things accomplished today. I started counting my calories again.
If you all would please critique my…well diet.

Here goes. I was on the run this morning so breakfast isn’t that awesome so no bother on that but everything else take a jab please.

Like I said please please please tell me where the critiquing should happen. Less …blah? Thankyou!

Well this week hasn’t gotten me any further in my weight loss goal.  However, tomorrow I am going to give it my all. I am waking Liz up and we are going to do our workout routine.  I even might go back to counting my calories. 

Counting calories sucks.  I don’t like it but I like it better than weightwatchers.  Just I dont like the damn food point taker, I lost mine along time ago and haven’t found it since.  So now I go on the internet to calculate points.  But…. I hate that so, I think I am gonna start counting cals again.  Hopefully no one will disagree with my limit, which is 1300 calories.  I checked this with my BMR and BMI ratings and that is the amount my body needs without over doing it.  If I happen to go over its not really a big deal unless its a lot. 

 I think I am gonna get bath and reset my mind for tomorrow and get a clear head on my shoulders on what I want. Cause being fat ain’t no picnic!

Well, I’d have to admit today is starting to be a little better.  God it started horribly though.  All I wanted to do was cry.  I didn’t even bother going on my 3 mile walk, but… I did do my weights today.  I really didn’t want to either. All I wanted to do was die a dark damp corner of the world where no one saw me…..with a snickers.  But I didn’t.  Liz my girlfriend got me up, and was more or … alot more my backbone.  Sometimes, after falling so many times it hurts just to get back up.

 But I did my weights, it was a pain, I prolly did them in a pissy mood, but I did them.  We’ll see how these next couple of days go. I am sure I’ll get out of this slump soon.  I just needed a cry session.

Today’s alittle hard.  I mean you don’t realize how much weight you have to lose until you see it for yourself.  They are suppose to be motivational pictures, and I am trying so hard not to look at it negetively, but its hard.  All you see is a fat person that looks like you. I do have to say that it is a little disappointing, no one wants to see themselves looking the worst.

I mean I can’t slack off now, I am doing so good.  Right now I am suppose to be having breakfast, and getting ready to go walk my 3 miles. I just have to focus my mind in the right direction.

Well awesome news. I made my pictures just like I promised, and I am loading them up as we speak.  Don’t be surprised to see a girl that needs to get her exercise groove on. :)

Well this should be interesting. Never really started a blog before but hey I think I can get used to it. I am an over-the-average dreamer, atleast that is what I believe.  Not that it is wrong, I just know how dreams can affect you personally.

But nonetheless, I am trying to complete a few goals I have set out for myself. One of the goals I have set out is to walk 3 miles a day, carry the 3lbs. dumbells. Eat Bigger in the morning, and less in the evening.  Which mind you all has blown to pieces tonight. :) ehh, it was a big mistake but I still exercised.  I just need to watch myself.

Another thing that I have been thinking about was to have a starting weight picture, and taking a picture once every 3 or so days. I’m thinking about taking the first picture tonight but I am not sure if I wanna.  Its hard to face with ya know.

Think I will, atleast to put me back further into modivation.
