Motivation is such an issue….
Tuesday, July 10th, 2007Well, I enjoy working out… no question. but the problem I have is getting myself to the gym or down on the tredmill after working 8 hours, or even when I’m off. And it always seems that once I start slacking with the exercise, my diet starts to fail. Motivation is a problem I have, especially since I venture out to the gym alone. I know I am not the only one with this problem and was wondering if there are any good tips or strategies that other people have to help them break through this wall. I have been very motivated and disciplined before, but this time I am having a particularly hard time starting again. I would ultimately like to use this site for support and I will try to post more and more, as well as comment on other interesting topics of the members on this site.
