ANother bloody injury!!
So played my first preseason game yesterday, got tackled into the ground on my right shoulder… bang AC joint injury. Luckily got it xrayed and its not a separation, but means 2-4 weeks NO training!!!! what am i goin to do? To make matters worse was feelin really sorry for myself and had the mother of all cheat days after it happened, obviously feeling a littel **** about that now, considering i cant train now. Anyone got any ideas? Im gonna b bored ****less unless i can train something, cant really use my arm, dont think i can do squats with a BB cos of the pressure down on the shoulder.

Hope you heal so, but you need to heal that injury. My suggestion is you work the other parts of the body that are not injuried. If you can, see a physical therapist to train your shoulder back to health. It worked for me.
I assume your sport is Rugby correct?
