well what to say… i´m in LA right now and i am in love the city.. i just wanna move over to LA and try to my best with my training and work over here..

todays workout was pain in the ass but i loved it. it took me 1 h deadlifts 6*6 heavy, legpress 6*6 heavy, benchpress 6*6 heavy and super set chins and dips 6 * 12. after that i whent back to work to eat som food… and lateron i´ll get my self some rest… train hard and belive in your self…
