The Irony of it all…
The great irony of feeling like crap and not wanting to get your butt up and go work out. That is what I have found out each and every time. The last few days I have felt sluggish and lackluster in energy. I forced myself to go workout today. I am glad I did. I had a decent workout and felt 100% better afterwards. The natural endorphins we all have really can get you out of the rut.
Tomorrow I have cardio. I may go for a jog on the greenbelt at lunch instead of going to the gym. I am getting burnt out on the elliptical. Plus, the few times I have gone out for a jog I feel like I got a solid workout for my legs as well. They have been a bit sore the next day.
Anyway, onward we go!
