Next Weeks Plan of Attack.

I will be hitting DB’s for a couple of weeks for Chest and Shoulders to change it up a bit. I have been going with BB’s since November. I will also be going with lower weights and higher reps in all exercises.

Monday:
5:30 am cardio - 30 mins (light)
Deads <–superset–> Bench DB Press, Lying DB Extensions, Abs

Tuesday:
5:30 am cardio - 30 mins, 12:00 pm cardio 30 mins

Wednesday:
5:30 am cardio - 30 mins (light)
Squats <–superset–> DB Shoulder Press or Military Press, DB Bicep Curls

Thursday:
5:30 am cardio - 30 mins, 12:00 pm cardio 30 mins

Friday:
5:30 am cardio - 30 mins (light)
Squats, Bent Over BB Rows, Lat Pulls, Abs
