Chest, Shoulders, Tri’s, Abs

EXCELLENT workouts this weekend to finish out the week. I will be taking my 1 week photo and see how much progress there is. I know my strength has definitely gone up so that is a very good thing. I just started creatine and glutamine last night so I am expecting to see some good strength increases and improved recovery time this week.
