Solid upperbody workout on Wednesday.
Today I will hit lower body. I’m thinking some squats and deadlifts to start. Nothing too heavy at first. Just some light weight, high rep lifts to get those ol’ muscles back into the groove. I missed yesterdays cardio due to work conflict. Yackity yak, I know.
This week is a bit light, as it should be. What I’m thinking for next week is driving to work in the am. Driving home at lunch and riding my bicycle back to work. This will be my daily cardio workout. I will get 20-25 mins to work and 20-25 mins back. I have done that type of cardio in the past and it really slims me up. The challenge will be sticking with it daily. I will hit my weight workouts in the afternoon after work. I’m looking forward to this.
