Hard Times
August 4, 2007It is hard for me to keep up with a set routine right now. I am trying my hardest but sometimes I just can’t do it. I am over here in Iraq and other things take precedence over training. I can usually get in about 3 workouts a week but inconsistently. Sometimes I go 2 or 3 days between workouts before I can get in another and sometimes I don’t get in but one workout a week. It sucks. Besides all that I have at least gotten back what basic training has done to my strength. I can see some progression in my weight training and also can see my weakest points, my back and shoulders. TIme for a quick fix and when I get home sometime in January the weight is on.
