Try getting a box or put a bench behind you so when you squat your but touches the bench. It really helps build your confidence and helps get your form tight. Most people can't get their form straight because of their fear of falling back. Try that for a while and you should definitely feel better about squating. Also if your knees go in when you squat try doing some adductor(inner thigh) stretches before and after squatting. And you're on the right track with your bench, changing up your rep scheme and weights for a while should help you push past that bench platuea. Good luck

You will get there. changing your routine is the correct game plan.. so is resting. Do you rest enough between days?
I also have some suggestions from recenty discussion I have had on this topic:
1) Russions call it greasing the groove... essentially you use a light weight..one that will allow you to do the rep with PERFECT FORM. Essentially , every time you walk by the bench do a few reps PERFECTLY. This will prepare your muscles to maintain form when you increase weight.
2) use a smith machine and set the pegs at your stick point and you basically work your sticking point with a lower weight.

Good luck!..if you have time I would like your feedback on my site/blog. http://blog.bodybuilding.com/wallyj is the blog and
www.bFit247.com is the fitness site.

All the Best
