Well, one last workout before the Field. then its 7 days of sleeping on my cot. Yay! I’m kinda excited about the 9th cause that means its just me and the gym, my pace, my weight. The only problem is gettin a spot. So my thought process is I can go for broke on a weight i can handel pretty easily by either 1, lift till i can’t lift no more, or 2 smoke myself on the negative reps. Both of which i will probably endure. Well I must say i’m very pleased with bodyspace for the week or two i’ve been here, i’ve had excellent feed back on diet information, gyms and workouts. Everybody seems very helpful, because everyones here for one main reason, fitness and the benifits that comes with it. So Thanks to everyone whose been supportive. Anyways, this blogs short because my time is short. I look forward to charting my progress soon.
btw, i’ve been having picture problems thats why i can’t post them here with .Jpg I’m going to try to resize when i get back.
