The show didn’t quite go as well I thought it would…I couldn’t have done any better than I did. I did awesome…I was perfect…needless to say I guess the judges didn’t like me to well. I got fu**in ripped off…long story short. I was at least 4th best, but I watched and stood in disgust as my name didn’t get called for anything. What more could I expect…new kid on the block been training for 1 year…and I went all natural…oh well…I had fun…and I can’t wait to step on again. This time it will be a no contest…I’m serious business and I’m taking home whatever I compete in…I am going to take 2-3 years to develop and get ready for my next show…
I am now finishing up my 2nd week back into the weights and my strength and mass is coming back quickly as I am back over 200 lb and I am back to pushing some decent weight now…can’t wait to see what’s gonna happen this year…peace…

I have been back in the game for only 10 months now and have come back in great fashion…now it is time to get contest ready. I am now 12 weeks out from April 18th (The Mr. WV). It will be my 1st experience ever at a bodybuilding show and my 1st competing in one. My goal is just to place in the Top 5 overall and take it all next year. I am doing everything naturally possible to be my best in the non-tested event…I just wanna see how I stack up naturally and go from there. I am all about maxing out my genetic potential. We’ll see…I am gonna give them something to look at.

I had to drop out of my upcoming powerlifting meet in November due to plateauing too early and nagging injuries. The whole mental thing has took it’s toll. Next time around I will know when exactly to start prepping for the meet. It was a 16 week program that proved to be too much for me. Everything started going downhill after week 11. Next time I will prepare to start 10-12 weeks out instead…taking week 11 off before the competition on week 12.
I am now getting ready to enter a contest on April 19, 2009. The NABBA Eastern USA Championships in Morgantown, WV. I will be entering the Juniors category. I have a lot of work to do, but it will definitely be an experience for my 1st time. I am going to be 100% all natural even though it is a non-tested contest. Time to make my MARK!

Everything’s been goin good; all except for my failure to put on any weight. I’m getting ready to start my 10th of a 16 week Johnny Jackson strength and mass program. I have put 35 lb on my bench and 50 lb on my squat and deadlift. I am almost, but not quite as strong as I ever have been, but at the end of this program I will be the strongest I have ever been. I know this is the best I have ever looked though. Yesterday was my back day and my best deadlift day yet: I performed 10×135 10×225 8×315 5×405 4×475 1×500…I wasn’t supposed to do that extra set at the end, but I felt good that day and wanted to pull 500…so I did and probably could of doubled it…but didn’t want to risk any injury. I am competing in a powerlifting meet in November then after that I am just going to focus on size as long as I can before I cut back down for a show. I want to compete and step on stage next year for my 1st time. We’ll see what happens…

Everything has been rolling. Not putting on much size like I have been wanting too, but my bodyfat has been lowering and I am still putting on size and getting stronger. Everything has been filling out very well. I just started a 16 week Johnny Jackson Strength and Mass program to see if that will give me my size gains I have been looking for, because I am eating enough; if you look at my diet that is listed you will see. Just got to be patient. I still need to upload some up to date pics, but I need to borrow a camera.

I have made a lot of great gains over the past 5 weeks and where they count. I put a 1/2 inch if not more on all my muscles and even lost a 1/4 inch off my abdominals. I was very stoked about that. The rest of my lifts are still skyrocketing each week. I’m going to start a new program next week along with a good supplement stack…I will be using Sci-Fit’s Kre-Akalyn, Nitrox, and Beta-Alanine for the remainder of a 10-12 week program. I am about 190 lb right now….I hope to be at 205 lb by the end of this next program with the same bodyfat.

I’ve been back at it for a little over a month now and have made some great gains. I’ve put on over 11 lb and gained size in most areas. Strength gains were tremendous. I probably gained almost 30-50 lb on all my working sets. I didn’t take any supplements for the 1st month back, just focused strictly on diet and training. I am gonna start sampling the pre-workout supplements I got from the Arnold now. Then start a good supplement stack in a couple months. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I can’t wait to see the gains that I’m gonna make a few months down the road.

My whole life I have been involved in some type of sport from football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling in high school and even a little stint playing college football clear to boxing and I even was in the Marine corp. in between them times. Of course that didn’t work out for me either, but I have always included training with weights to help me achieve my goals at getting bigger and stronger. The more bigger and stronger I got, the more I loved lifting. It would get to the point where lifting weights was all I was worried about. That’s when I knew I caught the bug and it seems as if bodybuilding may be my thing, so I’m starting my new journey to achieve the biggest piece of sculpted work that I can achieve and maybe one day I will step on stage. Since I was about 17, I have always had good size (about 200-215 and 18.5 in arms and 26 in thighs). My personal best deadlift was 565 lb and that was a year ago, so it shouldn’t take me to long to get back to my good size and start working from their. I got into boxing and martial arts last summer and that took all the weight off of me and my pure weightroom strength with it, then I went to the Arnold Classic and it hit me in the face. The bug bit my ass and so I hit it back hard the following week and then set up this bodyspace page to progress all my work.
I think this is my calling and I hope it’s my last stop…….I have always been searching for that something…….wanting to be somebody……….not like everyone else…….I strive for something greater……..and with the knowledge, guidance, heart, and dedication I know I can achieve it. THIS MUST BE IT!
