First Blog Entry
Here we go…the beginning of my blogging career.
I have recently been refocusing my efforts in the gym to improve my overall physique and have been quite impressed with the results so far. The most impressive change has been an increase in my arms of about 3/4 of an inch in about 6-7 weeks worth of training efforts. My next step however is to focus on modfiying my eating. I have increased my protein by a lot which I think is a big contributing factor to the size gains in my arms. But I couldn’t tell you how much protein I have actually been taking in. So I am going to start logging my meals and approximate macronutrient breakdown.
Check back to see some of my meal breakdowns and daily eating progress. Hopefully it will lead to incredible results that people will want to replicate.
