Welcome!

I looked at myself today. I mean, really looked…and i have to say that Nicole is not impressed. I have a LOT of work to do. I want my legs to be huge..No, i mean, HUGE. I’m not devoting as much time as they need so its my own fault. But school is kicking my ass more than the gym these days, so i’ll just have to wait. *sigh* When will it end?

    i know what you mean about school. I’ve actually found it better to study while i do cardio. somehow i remember stuff better then and it really makes the cardio time go by faster. good luck.

    You should try to knock out your workouts in the morning. For me, its easier I get it out of the way and now my day can start. I totally recommend taking a preworkout supplement if your going to do it tho. :-)
