My Prayer IS TO B LIKE jOseph to fear G-d and do all thing’s wellfor my tru

Sunday, January 28th, 2007

my prayer is to be like Joseph to fear G-d put H-m 1st and only do all things for H-m well fpr my true love who, is G-d and not to worrie about the worldly things bc i know G-d is with me for it is written G-d is all places i pray that i love my life as though i do all that i a, to do for G-d  and Him alone and have the fear of G-d and not fear people for i feer no one but G-d alone…

1 Now Joseph had been taken down to Egypt. Potiphar, an Egyptian who was one of Pharaoh’s officials, the captain of the guard, bought him from the Ishmaelites who had taken him there.

2 The LORD was with Joseph and he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master. 3 When his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD gave him success in everything he did, 4 Joseph found favor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned. 5 From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the LORD blessed the household of the Egyptian because of Joseph. The blessing of the LORD was on everything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field. 6 So he left in Joseph’s care everything he had; with Joseph in charge, he did not concern himself with anything except the food he ate.
Now Joseph was well-built and handsome, 7 and after a while his master’s wife took notice of Joseph and said, "Come to bed with me!"

8 But he refused. "With me in charge," he told her, "my master does not concern himself with anything in the house; everything he owns he has entrusted to my care. 9 No one is greater in this house than I am. My master has withheld nothing from me except you, because you are his wife. How then could I do such a wicked thing and sin against God?" 10 And though she spoke to Joseph day after day, he refused to go to bed with her or even be with her.

11 One day he went into the house to attend to his duties, and none of the household servants was inside. 12 She caught him by his cloak and said, "Come to bed with me!" But he left his cloak in her hand and ran out of the house.

13 When she saw that he had left his cloak in her hand and had run out of the house, 14 she called her household servants. "Look," she said to them, "this Hebrew has been brought to us to make sport of us! He came in here to sleep with me, but I screamed. 15 When he heard me scream for help, he left his cloak beside me and ran out of the house."

16 She kept his cloak beside her until his master came home. 17 Then she told him this story: "That Hebrew slave you brought us came to me to make sport of me. 18 But as soon as I screamed for help, he left his cloak beside me and ran out of the house."

19 When his master heard the story his wife told him, saying, "This is how your slave treated me," he burned with anger. 20 Joseph’s master took him and put him in prison, the place where the king’s prisoners were confined.
But while Joseph was there in the prison, 21 the LORD was with him; he showed him kindness and granted him favor in the eyes of the prison warden. 22 So the warden put Joseph in charge of all those held in the prison, and he was made responsible for all that was done there. 23 The warden paid no attention to anything under Joseph’s care, because the LORD was with Joseph and gave him success in whatever he did.

Dear Members,

The reason that i am on "No Email" in the about 60 YahooGroups that i
am in is that i do not have free access to read or post messages
anymore, as i am out of a job since 1st October 2006.

U see, i have to use my own home computer & not the office computer,
and each time i use DialUp & not BroadBand, it will cost me USD 1
cent per minute, which costs me 4 times more, in my country’s
currency exchange, so it’s too expensive for me to be online, as i
have no income.

Pity now that i have the time to read the messages, but not the money
to do so, as it will cost me a lot of time & money to post to about
60 YahooGroups, so please cc one copy of your replies to my postings
to i_asianwoman@ yahoo.com, if you wish me to reply to you.

Thanks for your kind understanding.

"Happy New Year 2007"

Hope that you will keep & follow your new Resolutions for this new
year & hope that they will all come true.

May Lord The God Bless Each & Every One Of U, EveryDay!!!

READY:
"My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed."
-Psalm 57:7 (KJV)

SET: Legendary football coach Vince Lombardi once said, "The
dictionary is the only place where success comes before work. Hard
work is the price we must pay for success. I think you can accomplish
anything if you’re willing to pay the price." I agree with Coach
Lombardi. There is a price to pay for success, but I don’t think it’s
just "hard work." I’ve often said to the teams I’ve coached that it’s
not the hours of practice you put in, but what you put into the hours
of practice that really counts.

The price for success goes deeper than hard work. Success comes from
a fixed heart, and that’s the price every athlete, coach–as a matter
of fact, every person–must pay for true success in the game of life.

A fixed heart has three dimensions:
1. It is accountable. This means it does what is right with the right
attitude matched by the right actions.
2. It is reliable. This means it is trustworthy. A person with a
fixed heart can be counted on, is faithful, and they say what they
mean and mean what they say. Their word is trustworthy.
3. It is coachable. This means it is teachable, always learning and
growing.

A fixed heart that’s accountable, reliable and coachable is a heart
that is submitted to God and His Word. It lets the Lord lead and
guide every step, every move, every run, every work-out, every part
of life.

GO:
1. Is your heart fixed?
2. Examine your heart concerning being accountable, reliable and
coachable. Is there any one area that the Lord is telling you to work
on?
3. How can you seek His help in that area?

WORKOUT:
1 Chronicles 28:9
1 Samuel 16:7
Psalm 51:10
Proverbs 4:23

OVERTIME:
"Lord, as David prayed for a clean heart, I need a clean heart, as
well. Give me a fixed heart that is totally submitted to You and Your
Word. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen."

May God bless you this day : to live for Him!</ div>
Well, we’re almost back.  Home? you ask.  No.  Financial security?   I wish.  Normal ?   Never been there.  Sanity…a peace state of mind…in the saddle again?   No, no, no.  We’re almost back to where we were before the Great Crash of 2006, that infamous day when my beloved hard drive departed this world.  It’s been a long, frustrating road.  All told we lost five months of work, including eleven Notes of Encouragement as well as literally hundreds and hundreds of wonderful responses many of you had sent us.  The Notes have been restored.  Sadly, the responses are lost forever.

The last part of our restoration process has been in gathering, and backing up , the responses we received in the first part of the year and the newer ones beginning on July 31, just after the Great Crash.  And I discovered something in all of this.  I’ve been so busy restoring, writing, traveling outside the country for inspiration, and marrying off my older son, that I had not read many of the recent responses.

So for the last few days, I’ve been doing just that.  I love them.  They’re insightful, encouraging, and remind me why God has <em class=”scripture”>Ciloa here in the first place.  And then there are those that stop me dead in my tracks.  They give me something deeper to ponder and pray over, something that helps me understand better who I am and what I’m here for.  Such was the case when I read these few words…

“Thank you for writing for God.”

Those 6 little words moved me to the point that I completely forgot what I was doing.  I just stared at the computer screen and tried to let it all soak in.  This very kind lady certainly did not mean my writing had risen to the level of Scripture.  That would be ridiculous.  Besid es, where would they put it in the Bible?  The Gospel according to Chuck?  The Acts of Chuck?  Chuck’s Notes to the Earthians?  Or maybe First Chuck, Second Chuck?  See, it doesn’t have much of a ring to it.

But for the moment, let me put aside humility (one of my greatest attributes) and tell you that what she said is true.  I do write for God.  And it’s important to your own life to understand what I mean by that.

I write for God in that the messages <em class=”scripture”>Ciloa sends out each week are not my own.  I may tell them a certain way, what I call “real life writing”, but my job is simply to let you know what God is telling me to write that week.  It’s His message.  Sometimes I don’t especially like the Note for a certain week.  I have no idea why it’s the one, just that it is the one, and hopefully I don’t mess it up in the process.  Then we get a reply like t his one:  How could you have known I so desperately needed this Note, but for God?  I had given up on Him.  Now I know He has not given up on me.   Gives me chill bumps just reading it.

I also write for God in another way.  The product of my efforts is my gift to Him.  Yes, you may benefit, but I show our Heavenly Father I love Him but giving Him this Note, too.  I share how I feel about Him and I tell millions around the world what He means in my life.  And if through these simple Notes I can lead others to discover what I know, experience, and embrace…if I can encourage others to lean on and look only to Him…then yes, even as I write to you, I write for God.

So why is this important in your life?  It has to do with focus.  You may have employment, even be a minister and help many people, but without God it’s just a job.  You may be married and have children, but witho ut God it’s only a civil union.  You may go to school and learn incredible things, but without God it’s merely an education.  Regardless of what you say or do, who is it ultimately for?

<strong class=”scripture”>Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men… Colossians 3:23

When you live for God, whatever you say and do are said and done for Him.  Your life takes on eternal meaning.  What may be counted as small and insignificant in the eyes of man becomes the richest of gifts to your Heavenly Father.  Your work becomes important, your efforts become important, your life becomes important…because you are important to Him.  So live as one who is living for God.

Take care and be God’s,
