Saterday morning…..

Well I got woken up by the alarm clock… My gf and I had a bid of a fight Thursday night but we talked it through and hopefully its something of the past. Seeing as Im not sleeping anymore I might aswell go and train legs and then later today Im off to a strong man competition.. Nah not gona compete, just watch and talk to some of my friends.

Yesterday in gym was hard, all the guys have grown and ive shrunk. Then to top it all off 1 of the guys asked me "why arent you lifting the big weights" so i told him, just look at me, i havent been training for over 2 months, im small now.. but soon you will see me throwing the big weights aroud again. hehe..

I just have to keep my head together. Thats all….

Loser?? Cant keep up with something I start??? I dont know… You judge!!!

Well…. Ye I know what your thinkin… "You stopped training again!?!?!?"

Man… Dont ask me that question. I started a new job and worked 50hours overtime last month. Atleast its decent money. I didnt know how to fit my training in, I know its not an excuse because I havent been training for a little over 2 and a half months. Loser? ye u could call me that if you really wan2. If it would make you feel better… I dont care what u call me because i know who I am…. So thank you very much…

 

Alright so here im sitting at my girlfriends work. She works at a place, almost like a hotel but just more fancy… But that has nothing to do with this, it just came into my mind… But anyways… im sitting here and thinkin of how big I could have been… Im tired and exhausted from not sleeping much and woking too much… I told myself Im gona drag my ass into gym on Monday and get into shape again… Did that happen? Nope…. I got the flue. Sucks to be me You`d think… Well not really, I got good news today. 

Anyways, thats all for today. Tired of typing. Just give me hope and help me get back to where I was or even better. :)

I Just came from gym now after a heavy leg workout… I almost couldnt walk back up the gyms stairs to go to my car and driving was a mission… hehe. So I guess I did something right :) It went as such:

Started warm ups 2 x squats supersetted with 2 x leg exstentions

then i did 3 x Leg exstentions (heavy) supersetted sith squats supersetted with leg exstentions (light)

Then 3 x lying hamstring curls supersetterd with leg exstentions

Im trying something diffrent for my legs to see if it wont work better.. I never liked training legs but now with Supersets and drop sets.. im starting to like it :)

Im new to this.. so where to start…

Well Ive been back in the gym for about 3weeks now… So it has not been a good year for me but I guess every1 has their off times and things that prevent you from training. In November I went over to London and worked as a data engineer, its long hours and hard work so I didnt have time to gym or eat the food that i needed. So i dropped 10kg (22lbs) and not very proud of that because before I went to London i was at my bext condition ever… 102kg (224lbs) with 10%bodyfat. I was 21 at the time and im 1.8m (70inches) tall.. So I guess it was a good foundation. But its to late to cry over wasted muscle…

SO now its time to look ahead and get bigger and stronger than ever before :) I`ll try and post everyday about what I did, what i ate and how my training went because I think you can learn allot about each other… Thanx for reading. :)
