I did a thread in the losing fat logs on the Velocity Diet. It got a lot of hits and positive supporting posts. The V-Diet went very well for the 23 days I was on it.
Then I took 7 days off the Velocity Diet. Ate more than I thought I would during the days off.
I wanted to get back into the V-Diet because I liked it a lot. It worked as advertised for fast fat loss.
So I am on it Day 3 now. Trained with weights both days 1, 2 and today is a rest day. The diet part was right on on days 1,2.
Sundays will be the day for a HSM. HSM= plate of healthy solid food.
Saturday is the only day for pics, weight, tape measurements.
I am using the same 50/50 casein/whey blend from last time.
Same calories as last time. 1500 on non training days 1800 on training days.
The V-Diet works very very well with preworkout supplements. I got a Cryoshock for this time. It got awesome reviews and I can’t wait to try it tomorrow!
Basicly I had the foods/supplements and I knew all the amounts of calories, fats and I can use that again to burn fat again.
