DAY 188
I have been undereating the last few hours since I woke up. I had some blueberries this morning and I am detoxifying from all that trash I ate yesterday like some Americans do every day.
Well my legs are recovered from all those squats the last 3 weeks. 4 days off serious squats and legwork now and I feel my legs are totally refreshed.
It is going to be fun training later today. I have a SC of steak+barley and the works cooking for my warrior meal gonna taste great!

Trained today and ate Warrior. Pretty intense workout. Wow 180 days already. About half a year.
I like training at home lately and doing one exercise right after another. I sweat it up quickly and get the intensity kicking in fast. This is the kind of training that Ori the creator of the WD recommends which is major movements with one movement to another without rest in between.
I think that my exercise selection is somewhat different but somewhat the same as his. Ori seems to do some lifts like snatches and punching bag stuff that I don’t do yet, but I know I am doing the training right with compound big stuff like squats, rows, bench, shrugs etc
These last 3+ weeks have gone really well especially. This has to be the best training and eating I have done over these entire 180 days.
My food selections have been better in June also. I shop much healthier than the previous months and I do feel satisfied and full after my main meal for dinner.
Well anyways here is the workout today in 40lb xvest
A1 squats with db at sides
A2 calf raises back and front
A3 TB bench press
A4 underhanded lat row
A5 band back neck xtensions.
This went on and on for about 35 mins. Hardly any rest between circuts.
Dinner was slowcooker leftovers from the last few days of chicken, steak, brown rice, eggs, cheese and some whole milk+mm and oatmeal+honey

Ok the last few days were non-productive for eating. I had breakfast those days and that turned into a frenzy of beer, greaseburgers and ice cream all over the place. NO MORE!
Today is a back in the right direction. Warrior eating and training. I am going to stick to almost all clean eating up to and beyond Day 200 but the short term focus is on the next 42 days..
I have rested enough. I trained once in the last 7 days before today and that will be enough general rest to get me back into training.
Just trained. Jumprope+
A1. chest bench heavy palms facing grip x6
A2. Palms facing chins x6
Total of 42 mins. Fast rope and good training session.
I listened to Ori the creater of the Warrior Diet on audio today. I am now have my carb+ pro shake during training and another one immediately after training. Now I am waiting 45 mins after the shake for the main meal. I used to just slam my shake then eat 10 mins after.

Felt tired today. I looked at some of my entries here and it has been since around Day 70 since I have had more than a few days off from training.
I feel that I am at the point where I need some rest from training. About 5-7 days. This is the second day of rest.
I am still eating warrior today clean foods.

Well I have been up about 14 hours today. I went to a baseball game today.
Just trained chest. I was going to eat but I changed my mind.
Tomorrow is a holiday and I have decided to not eat today and tomorrow will be overeating to compensate for today.
So I am doing the Day on/ Day off
from http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn3668-dayon-dayoff-diet-boosts-health.html
"Eating double portions one day and nothing the next delivers the same health benefits to mice as seen in animals whose lifespan has been extended by restricting their calorie intake."
Well I have had probably 150 calories total in blueberries and strawberries today but it is close enough. It is almost halftime in the Lakers at Spurs game, Should be a fun time tomorrow!

DAY 141
Ok back to the program. The last few days were no good for me.
I Trained today. Jumprope+ double band pull throughs. 40 min. Great training.
I did get 11 hrs of sleep last night. I really needed it. It took me a few days to get training, eating and sleep on track. Now it is.
I just had my 1 meal. I had to tone down a lot of the grains that I was doing the last few weeks. I did a mostly keto main meal. Had a waxy maize+ whey shake during training and then had sirloin+ salad, ANPB+ MM shake. Then some sunflower seeeds and pumpkin seeds.

Well had a good day today. Didn’t eat all day and had a healthy big meal after training. I have been taking it light on foods during the day. Had a small orange and a few blueberries. I haven’t gotten much hunger yet. Just a small hunger that flashes by my stomach.
Trained jumprope+ underhand lat pulls+ shrugs.
Solid workout and trained strong today.

Ok just started the Warrior Diet today. I got the book in the mail yesterday. Here is a quick summary about the Warrior Diet excerpt from online from the authors’ site in his words:
Eat your breakfast at night rather than in the morning and you may notice how surprisingly your body gets leaner rather than fatter. As a species we are nocturnal eaters, inherently programmed for night eating. Unfortunately, we consume most of our food during the day, starting with a big breakfast, and we pay the consequences. The solution: skip breakfast, eat your main meal at night, and you’ll notice how you’re leaning down without even changing your calorie intake.
The Warrior Diet book explains how everything in the human body has been programmed for night eating. Learn how a.m. meals that cause energy crushes and weight gain may actually benefit you if eaten at night.
