Does anyone have any suggestions on gaining weight without the use of creatine, or products containing creatine? Soy, whey, raw eggs…any success stories or advice are welcome! Thanx

You will still have to eat at least your total body weight and some more of chicken breast, tuna, salmon, quinoa, beans, lots of green veggies. 6 meals spaced out. boiled eggs are good. ( whites) with oat meal). Check my blog on meal plans.
