Switch’n things up…
I’m gonna change some muscle group pairings. I’m gonna go with Chest & Abs, Back & Shoulders, off day, Biceps & Triceps, Legs & Abs, 2 off days. I just switched Biceps with Shoulders and moved Legs & Abs to workout 4. Only a minor change but I’ll go with this for a few weeks, then switch things up again…
