Switch’n things up…

I’m gonna change some muscle group pairings. I’m gonna go with Chest & Abs, Back & Shoulders, off day, Biceps & Triceps, Legs & Abs, 2 off days. I just switched Biceps with Shoulders and moved Legs & Abs to workout 4. Only a minor change but I’ll go with this for a few weeks, then switch things up again…

I was work’n out 3 days a week. I was doing Legs & Biceps, Chest & Triceps, day off, Back & Shoulders, 2 days off. I would work out my abs on day 1 & day 4. I decided to switch to a 4 day workout week. I’m going with Chest & Abs, Back & Biceps, day off, Legs & Abs, Shoulders & Triceps, 2 days off. I think this will be better. I’ll workout this way for a month, then maybe change up the muscle group pairings.

I’m think’n

I’m think’n that my goal of adding 30bls is probably going to take like a year, maybe even longer. So i think i’ll just not worry so much about how much i weigh. I am pleased with my progress. I’m seeing muscle everywhere..lol Skinny w/ muscle is definitly better than skinny w/ a belly roll…I am alittle discourage about the amount of weight or lack of weight that i’m lifting, But i really can’t afford to miss work w/ any injuries. I gotta pay my bills…lol Ultimately i’m really looking forward to seeing how i look this time next year…
