Weight gain (or loss) doesn't happen over night - so neither does the desired change.  keep at it, bud.  you got folks out here reading your blog  (and getting motivation from it! )</description>

I read something on the blog yesterday regarding the &amp;amp;#34;wanting to throw up &amp;amp;#34; gag reflex and seems like you are not the only one. It seems that when you lift weights, you are exerting alot of intraabdominal pressure. There are these spincters that closes in your esophagus to provent food from coming back up. With increased pressure, i think that alot of pressure is acting on that spincter and forcing food out. I heard about the valsalva maneuver which is forcefully exhaling as you lift each rep. I am not quite sure if that's how you normally do it. But certainly, you've found a method that worked for you and that is to eat earlier. This reduces abdominal content and reduces pressure maybe??? good luck with your workouts.</description>
