I have work at 4 a.m., chances are 12-16 hour day construction then a 3 hour bicep workout... Oh yes.. How do people do it lol :P

Wake Up-

Meal 1. 3 large eggs/1 slice 2% cheese (210 calories)
Meal 2. 1 scoop ON performance Whey (160 calories)

Went a bit over my calories today but i made up for it in the gym

3 hours on legs

sorry in a rush to get some sleep this is going to be a quick upload so not much typing.
Today's meals - wish i could of fit in a little more fat

Today's carbup
Started the day off doing my swim and the sauna except some little kids kept opening the door to the sauna so i only got about 5 good minutes in there 
Carb'd up today and i ate more then i would of liked to but it was all healthy ect, whole wheat organic noddles/ brown rice/ beans/ yogurt/ 7 grain organic cereal/ non fat dry milk/ 1 piece of bakers chocolate/ ect ect. Was a good day overall and i feel accomplished.
Going to do a workout 2night (not suppose to on carb up days but i have to its a must)
Just going to do 30-40 min of cardio and then tan a bit.
2night at the gym
Did abs/legs/little bit of cardio.
And this morning before work i did 1 hour swim.
New workout plan
Adding on 1 hour of swimming laps with 15 minutes of hottub/whirlpool and 10-20 minutes of sauna onto my workouts for the day.
I will do this within 2 hours of waking up then go to work and do my normal workouts/cardio @ night before bed.
Meals for the day
Breakfest:
7 pieces of bacon, 4 eggs in 1 tbs coconut oil
Lunch:
32 oz of chobani lowfat 2% yogurt, (9 carbs total) 2 tbs evoo, 3 tbs cinnamon, 2 stevia sweeter packs, 1 scoop myofusion protein drink with 1 tbs flax seeds, 1 tbs peanutbutter
Dinner:
1 1/2 pieces of grilled chicken, 1 1/2 tbs peanut butter
PreWorkout: 2 scoops superpump 250
Postworkout: 2 scoops myofusion, 5 mg creatine
Vitamins:
2 multi, 2 fish oil 1000 mg, 1 green tea pill
