					<description>I think it's good to build a plan you don't have to use the same plan but make a new one switch the splits, change the timing it can be completely different but still be a workout plan.

					<description>I had to force down extra tunafish the other day because i fell so short of my protein intake.  I was just not in the mood to eat.  I find if i try to get a little movement in (cardio, walk, anything) it helps build the appetite again, but it was a struggle.</description>
