Just thought I would leave my first post with a little information about myself and what I do, with some insight on what I am trying to accomplish. First off names Richard originally from Orlando, FL but now happily serving with the US army in that great big sand box. Been in the Army now going on 5 1/2 years been deployed 4 times and it makes getting to the gym a really big hassle but yet I still try to get in. Recently divorced two kids that somehow my ex-wife has won custody over and a great girlfriend that I wish I met well before I got married.
So now on to what I am trying to accomplish my last rotation out here I hit Baghdad weighing in at about 153 lbs. I know a very small lightweight, so Istarted hitting the gym used a lot of MusleTechs products and I was able to jump up to about 215 lbs prior to leaving mostly mass not a lot of definition only problem I had was with the fast increase in weight my lower body was unable to keep up with it so running my 2 mile PT test was excruciating. Came back to the states very happy, then I shattered my left hand playing football kinda put a hold on the whole gym thing till it was healed.(Still not fully healed so lifting heavy weight still puts a sting on it). Tried to hit the gym on a more frequent schedule but then I got picked up for this deployment, now here shortly I will begin a good workout plan well atleast try to get one up and running, any advice would be welcome, I am trying to leave here weighing around 200-215 but I want a nice solid, chiseled look if I might say.
Well that about does it for me on this fine Iraqi day, I hope everyone out there in the fitness/bodybuilding world is having as much fun as I am.
