So my last blog I talked about trying to shred as much fat as possible in 2 weeks and get abs to show. Which proved to be impossible, as I only lost .9% body fat. So now I know what to do, kinda… hopefully.
So as of today, I’m going to try a 3 week project to shred the fat again. My goal is to go from 13.3 (current est. bodyfat) to near 8% bodyfat in 21 days. My last project did not emphasize cardio, so I’m obviously going to do that. And also a major cutback on carbs and focus more on fiber…
This will be interesting… (will have pictures every tuesday, so 3 by the end of this project. (I name my workouts/plan as "Project")

So I realized my abdominal area is flat, but my abs are still yet to be seen. It’s obviously there though, because when the ladies poke my gut through my shirt they’re like "wow when did you get abs?" But they get dissapointed when they see nothing. There is like a quarter inch layer of fat in the way… Or my ab muscle is a quarter inch to small… Next plan: get rid of this small layer of fat in 2 weeks. Or as much as possible…

Wrestling season is over in 2 weeks, during this time I’m going to start pumping more iron for about 1.5 hour per day every other day. Which is about 7 days in the 14 day period of course. I’ve already did 2 days of it last week and I doubt and hopefully won’t overtrain my body, which I’m sure I will. But mind controls the body and so far I’m controlling my mind.
After this is over I’m going to start bulking for the month of Febuary while maintaining body fat. Then start cutting in March.

I lost control of my appetite yesterday. I still have 32 days left to achieve or come close to my goals. I’m still weak, but I plan to change that in 32 days.
