Chest and Back
I have found a great combination that works well for me. My Monday’s and Thursday’s are made up of Chest and Back. Working these two exercises together have started to give me some improved gains that I am looking for. Not only do I hit the major muscle groups of the chest and back, I also hit the smaller muscles inbetween them. This has cause much improvement in the past month that I am excited about seeing.
Im looking to pack on a serious 20lbs of solid muscle by the summer of 08 and I know its going to take hard work and the right diet. If any of my fellow bodybuilding guys or girls are reading, shoot me a line and let me know what your diet is and how it works for you.
