A call to Arms….LOL

Ok this is the post that is going to set my wheels turning hard. Next year I want to compete in the 40 - 49 Masters Class.  Currently I stand 5′6 185pounds 44chest 33 or 34 waist. My goal is to be 205 - 215pounds 58chest 31 or 32 waist and 24arms. Fellas I need help reaching my goal. As a bro that works out alone. How can I achieve this goal? I’m working hard. I’m reaching out to my bodybuilding family for help and guidance.

Finally some Growth

Finally, I can see some growth in my body. RafMorris37, who has been my online coach has been trying to break a brotha. (THANKS COACH) I have gained 3lbs of muscle mass in the past two weeks and my extra tire is coming down. I posted pictures after tonights workout that made my chest, arms, back, lats and shoulders burn, and tonight was just chest night. This short bro is on his way to become 235lbs in no time. At 40 I’m doing this for my health and because I have an active 4 year old that plays soccer, that I want to be around to play with for a long time.

Chest and Back

I have found a great combination that works well for me. My Monday’s and Thursday’s are made up of Chest and Back. Working these two exercises together have started to give me some improved gains that I am looking for. Not only do I hit the major muscle groups of the chest and back, I also hit the smaller muscles inbetween them. This has cause much improvement in the past month that I am excited about seeing.

Im looking to pack on a serious 20lbs of solid muscle by the summer of 08 and I know its going to take hard work and the right diet. If any of my fellow bodybuilding guys or girls are reading, shoot me a line and let me know what your diet is and how it works for you.
