Hello All

I’m doing well and feeling great. I have 82 days left in my challenge. I am so happy and excited about my goals. I’ve been working out really well and eating extremely healthy. That was so hard to do, but it’s being done. I’ve been eating lots of veges and fruit and lean proteins. I need to up my water intake. I’ve been drinking lots of water, but not enough.

I’m feeling GREAT like I said before and feeling sexy again. Loving it!!! I’m moving toward my goal and I will make it in April, I want to be down to at least 125. We’ll see. I measured myself today and I’ve lost like 2 inches off of my thighs and 1 1/2 off of my calves. My waist is still the same, the stomach fat is stubborn, but with this new lifestyle changing, healthy diet, that should start to dwindle soon. I think I am going to take some progress pics because my legs are looking awesome. I noticed that in my quads, that third muscle head in the middle top is starting to show! aaaaand I noticed that my back muscles are popping more. I was so happy about my back which is partly why I felt sexy. There is nothing sexier than a nice toned back.

I know I said that I fell off the band wagon, but not fully. I’ve been going to the gym doing mostly weights, but only about 3 times a week and I had fallen off with the diet, but I’m back on a good diet now. Even though I haven’t lost much more weight, I can definitely tell that my body composition has surely changed, which is why I want to take some progress pics.

Well, I’ll talk to you all later. Take care everyone in this crazy weather and flu season.
