			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well after my 3 month long hiatus from lifting due to injury, I started back up 3 weeks ago this monday. It has gone very well so far and I&#8217;m thrilled to be feeling DOMS again!</p>
<p>I am on a 3 day a week full body program gear towards strength and hypertrophy. It is probably the best and most fun routine I&#8217;ve ever been on. If anyone is interested I&#8217;d be glad to give you some more info on it!</p>
<p>I&#8217;m planning on bulking until June 1st when the program ends, then going to a more maintenance diet for the rest of the summer (fo the super ript abz mon!)

I&#8217;m halfway through NROL Hypertrophy I.  Definitely enjoy the workouts.  I have put on around 7 lbs so far.  Probably should be a bit more but I haven&#8217;t eaten as much as I should at some points.  My plan is to finish up this program in mid February, take maybe a week off (ugh!), and then start on a 3 day total body program.  Hopefully I can put some decent muscle on before the summer cut.

		<description><![CDATA[It&#8217;s summer and time to train for my upcoming college soccer season in the fall. This means I&#8217;ll be running/playing soccer 4-5 days a week and fitting maybe 2 days of lifting in.
Hopefully I can maintain a decent weight while getting in soccer season shape.

		<description><![CDATA[Been sticking with the Bill Starr program pretty much. Made a few adjustments due to my horrendous school gym (no squat rack, no 2.5&#8217;s). Have definitely made strength gains. Looking forward to going home to a real gym in just about a week and a half!
