Back into the swing of things..
Saturday, May 3rd, 2008Well after my 3 month long hiatus from lifting due to injury, I started back up 3 weeks ago this monday. It has gone very well so far and I’m thrilled to be feeling DOMS again!
I am on a 3 day a week full body program gear towards strength and hypertrophy. It is probably the best and most fun routine I’ve ever been on. If anyone is interested I’d be glad to give you some more info on it!
I’m planning on bulking until June 1st when the program ends, then going to a more maintenance diet for the rest of the summer (fo the super ript abz mon!)
