New Year
Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008Been a while since I put anything here. Well we just started 2008. I’m halfway through NROL Hypertrophy I. Definitely enjoy the workouts. I have put on around 7 lbs so far. Probably should be a bit more but I haven’t eaten as much as I should at some points. My plan is to finish up this program in mid February, take maybe a week off (ugh!), and then start on a 3 day total body program. Hopefully I can put some decent muscle on before the summer cut.
