Weight Gain
November 27, 2006Okay, I set a goal for myself around the first of October to weigh 210 by Christmas without gaining hardly any bodyfat. I weighed 190lbs at the time so that’s just under 2lbs a week. It’s now November 27 and I’m at 206 so I should be to 210 within a couple of weeks. My diet has steadily increased to around 4000 to 4200 calories a day. This has been working for me really well & I have just switched to a 3 day split with one day off & then repeating on the 5th day. My new goal I’m going to set is to get to 215 by the time the New Year rolls around.
