Advice On Training

Today I start training again. I am currently thinking of a schedule as follows:

M: Chest and Back

T: Bi’s, Tri’s, Shoulders

W: Legs

Th: Chest and Back

F: Bi’s, Tri’s, Shoulders

Sat: Legs

I’d like to go 5 days instead of 6. Any suggestions?

Thanks

I like to pair my shoulders with my legs, since I always feel I’m neglecting them otherwise.

Also, you may be one of the blessed few who can lift hard (truly hard) 5 or 6 days a week with no down time, but very few can. I’ve been trying some thing like Kris Gethin’s excellent guide here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/krisgethin_guide8.htm

Cardio a lot and go heavy on the iron every other day like clock work.
