Advice On Training
January 12, 2009Today I start training again. I am currently thinking of a schedule as follows:
M: Chest and Back
T: Bi’s, Tri’s, Shoulders
W: Legs
Th: Chest and Back
F: Bi’s, Tri’s, Shoulders
Sat: Legs
I’d like to go 5 days instead of 6. Any suggestions?
