Chest workout
When I go to the gym I try to spend a little more time on my chest because it always seems to be the hardest muscles to get to grow. I do a lot of dumbbell flys and bench press but when I'm finished with my workout I dont feel like I got a good chest workout, even if I spend 10-12 sets on each. I keep reading all this stuff on overworking your chest and u wont see results, or you will actually get weaker! With the rest of my body when I do a good workout I feel sore, but with my chest it always feels fine. I guess I am just asking some advice on how I can really tweek my chest. Does anybody know of a great chest workout that will just pack on some mass, and leave u feeling like your chest is going to explode?
