I hate to admit that I haven’t hardly had a chance to lift weights this week; all my cardio was done except for 2 sessions; I have implemented the running/sprint/bleacher HELL combo though. Today was the first time I really felt like I got in a full, good, work out lifting wise. My muscles were full and hard as heck when I was done
