Monday, July 7th… so tired

I find when I am one hundred percent perfect on my dietary plan and timing and supplements, I have so little energy on low days I could die.  I feel generally just a little tired on high days..this is normal for me at this time in my prep.  I have found that New York is really f**king expensive and YES I knew this, I do watch t.v., geez ~ but upon planning the trip, making lists and looking everything up I discover its so much and its really, really gonna suck for the seven weeks or so before Team U.  I check daily for the entry forms, how much is it to enter a national show?

I found a hotel 4 miles away in Jersey thats around $144/night  (compared to $344/average in the city) and has a 3 star CLEAN (most important to me) rating.  This is so high, I feel cheap or as thinking that way, but damn, we are barely an $85/night family, we still complain under our breath at that price when we travel during the year. I even had to email dvsness who resides in Brooklyn (now w/ Mr. Dan) on another board and ask if its reasonable to drive that far, in New York City, lol…I am not a hick, I grew up in Denver I have lived on many military bases, but New York, its the epitomy of urban high life; I am very excited, and aprehensive and scared she was helpful :)   Car rental (I dont fly. period.) food, entry fees, tickets, parking ($30/day), my tan from Jan Tana or who ever is there, and HOLY SH*T the gas!!  I have compared plane tickets and cost of gas and the prices airlines currently offer are much more expensive than driving and renting.  I have two kids, and one is a fifteeen year old boy, and hes a HUGE boy, genetically gifted (of course ;) ) so he eats like he’s competing in it.  Yikes, just smacks you in the face the sheer cost of it all. I am really excited though, I just want to go and have a good time and relax and see what happens, enjoy the experience.

Currently I am really craving sweets and chips and these meat/cheese/mexican stuffed sopapias; I watched the food-porno channel earlier, they made death-by-chocolate cake and then apple crisp and enchiladas; I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me, I  shouldn’t watch those shows.

Did BodyPump saturday, nothing but double cardio on Sunday and today I did a full body depletion work out; 2 sets for each body part to near failure, moderate wieght; part machine, hammer strength, free weight.

AM cardio was track sprint intervals x 30m + bleachers (total bleacher time was 15m)

PM Cardio was 30m StepMill L4-L8, ARC Trainer, super-high incline, 25 resistance, 18 minutes

Diet: PERFECT; I made all my food for the week through Thursday.. all low of course lol, premeasured, pretupperwared, and loaded in the fridge.

Water: Done. 1.5 gallons by 8 PM

Mood: cranky and short tempered but overall pretty ok; happy I got make-up and tan appointments confirmed for Friday/Saturday.

Pics… mmmmm, maybe tomorrow or Wed, but very informal.  I may even post a pic from 15.5 weeks ago LOL; eek.
