double cardio that’s all

nothing exciting to report for yesterday; no lifting as I am on a 2 days on 1 day off regimen for weight training.

SO.. I did 45 minutes on the StepMill, level 7 for 4 minutes cycles and then a burst to level 10 for 1 min; repeated for entire duration.

PM I walk/jogged for 4 min around the track, then every 5th minute I sprinted as fast as humanly possible (for me anyway). Did this for 30 minutes and then went to the bleacher stands and ran up and then laterally stepped down for 15 minutes; stopped once for about 2 minutes to catch my breath.

Coaches said I look lean this week; so that’s nice to hear for sure :) I had my high carb day yesterday and today I feel "puffy"; my fingers and ankles and  although my abs are remarkably flat, they are smooth this morning.  Hopefully by tonight I will have flushed most of this out of my body.

Going to lift today at 24HF; I like the early afternoon as the gym is absolutely dead.  I have most of the place to myself, its nice.

ugh, I just started bleachers for the first time–they should warn you about the pain that ensues. So Sore!! Hope training is going good!!

I am very tired most of the time..spot on my diet..drinking so much water..losing strength by the day..thanks for asking though :) Bleacher running will totally remove, reshape and rebuild an ass.. my ass was so, so, so sore for the first week after I did it; I love track sprints too, I really feel my hams on the recovery cycles. I spent 5 years pressing so heavy and made my legs thick and strong, and have spent the last 10 months trying to strip them down (streamline) now… :(
