Walking DB Lunges
3 sets 30 steps holding 20s in hand
Lying (Prone) Leg Curl, narrow foot placement
3 x 15 @ 75 lbs
Seated Overhead DB Press
1×12 with 30s in each hand
1×12 w/ 30s
1×15 w/ 27.5s
Standing DB Lateral Raises
3 x 12-15 w/ 17.5s in hand
Standing upright BB row
3 x 12 @ 55 lbs
Decline Plate load Ab Crunches
3 x 15 w/ 25 lb plate
Lying Leg Raises (straight)
3 x 15
V-Ups
3 x 15
