Post SoapBox anyone?

I saw the coaches at a private posing session on Sunday; it was great to pose a few times for them ~ even though they were taken aback a bit by my report of my final off-season weigh in Anyhow, posing was good; I am working on changing my “sexy” or model pose to something completly different. I really prefer Tracy’s if you have ever seen her on stage ~ a lot of her girls will replicate this. I think it’s a confident and flaunty pose so I will work on it.I was 13 weeks out from the Colorado State on April 12th. I was alloted a cheat meal and went to a concert with Siobhan, my bestest friend and team mate (her UN is InsideOut on IntenseMuscle and Siouxcountry ) We went to see Ministry, an old school hard industrial band that’s still kickin. siobhan and I enjoyed one too many cocktails and were flirted with (unscrupulously) by a VERY LARGE man … ugh … he really “liked” girls with muscles yuck

Aside from the allowed extra calories I have been obsessively perfect with my brand new competition prep diet/schedule. I have learned to drink my egg whites right from a glass (they are pasteurized), so that’s great and takes so much less time. I just cannot eat them cooked anymore, I gag. no matter how visually stunning the omelette might be I cannot hack it. People really dislike it when I slam the egg whites, they’re great

Stress is moderate; major distant family issues, but kids and marriage and training are good and I am so thankful for that

I really dislike training legs with little-to-no weight. I am sure that 80% of my thick legs will remain there. I have been doing a lot of high rep work and am suffering a tweeked right shoulder and elbow. So I have gone little to no weight and super high rep for lower body to strip muscle, stay tight and harden up my lower body. It seems my upper body and back are the leanest and always looked really defined weeks ahead, but my lower body appears to be 3 weeks behind or so I want to keep my muscle and peel off 100% of the fat on my lower body, my butt stays bulbous and shelf-like even after losing 20-25 lbs… it’s frustrating but worth it.

Whew… lots on my mind this prep; I am flooded with a thousand concerns and mental notes.

I missed the first posing session this week with my team mates, new ones and past team mates that are returning with me   We were at that concert, but we’ll get to meet everyone the 26th of Arpil.    I will be sure to post pics soon as well.
