Brief change and update…
Ok now from here on out my blogs and journals will reflect my prep for the Team Universe Stage on September 5th and 6th in New York. I am still prepping with Tracy (IslandGirl) and Cameron Bodner of intense_muscle (TeamSkip) the home of DC (doggcrap) Training. Tracy is a National Level Figure & Light weight bodybuilding competitor and will be competing for her pro card in LW Women’s Bodybuilding this July at the USA’s in Las Vegas. I will be there to cheer her on.
I was also contacted by Mr. Dan Ray of MD about doing a photo shoot with him when I am in New York for Team U
so I am really excited about this as well. I of course have responded back with a "hell yes"
This has only added to my motivation in getting into absolute ridiculous condition for this show. I did not put on an excessive amount of body fat this off-season; and I spent 5 months in the "off" mode. My off season was structured by Cameron and Tracy as well, a LOT of food and calories
I am not currently taking any kind of a thermo fat burner or any kind of thyroid stim either. I was taking creatine mono for bis/tris days but have stopped that as well. I do use caffeine (coffee) in the morning; but have stopped using splenda and anything with aspartame I am only using stevia if need be; although I hate it
…the taste that is ~ I am a former sugar-addict though, so nothing is quite as nice as sugar

In addition I am eating 7 times a day in some form or fashion. I like this as I feel it stabilizes my blood sugar.
I am drinking at least a gallon of water a day, and have cut my coffee from 6 cups/day down to about 3-4. this needs to come down to 2 for my comfort.
