Prone on end of bench Glute Ham Raises, heels touching, feet flexed3 x 15 (15 sec rest between sets)

Isolation full parallel squat/sit on 2 BOSU Balls3 x 1 minute hold each

Cardio:
StepMill 31 minutes Level 5 (HRR 130-135) FW/BW/Lateral each side in 5 min intervals

Diet: Perfecto :thumb:
Mood: Positive and bubbly (= annoying )
