UPDATE
Ok… I readily admit I just suck at keeping up with any type of consistant journaling when prepping; I have no time at all, all I do is cardio, eat, cook, lift, drive, work, drive, cardio, music, writing, music, quality time with family and friends …. and in that order of priority at the moment.
I am only 90% consistent when really well fed… so remove my carbs, and add a thousand hours of cardio and my brain is now officially just a useless lump occupying space within my skull
~ I am cold all the time, my teeth seem to hurt and I have been loosing my voice for three weeks now with no recovery in sight 
My diet is perfect, I bitch and complain and am generally grumpy…and God help you if you even consider bringing contraband into my home (breads/pastries/cookies/candies/PB/tortillas/crackers) there is a specific list; but I don’t stray from my nutrition or training or cardio ~ I am much too OCD for that.. lol
My training is spot on although my strength is now starting to decline a bit, my knees and left ankle are always ‘nagging’ me and I’m tanning my ass off but seem to still feel as though I am barely tinted despite needing to be quite dark 22 days out.
Oh and now my fourth pair of clear lucite heels are too damned big…hunting for cushions to put in to prevent slipping and make them tighter.
On a good note, last prep I wa 124 three days out from show… and after dropping water and such.. I came in at 118 the morning of;
and as I sit now, my last weigh in was last Saturday morning and I was 124.8 after three tries
and at three weeks out I am hoping this results in a tighter lower half ~ every judge said "just a bit tighter on the bottom..make the bottom match the top in RE: to musculature and hardness" … we’ll see.
Long winded… I will post what I logged on paper or other forum up to now
